Kupp is A Scandinavian inspired Restaurant & Cafe.  

Situated on the rooftop of the new John Lewis store in Oxford, this provided a fantastic setting for the next in the family of Kupp Restaurants.

 

Entering into an open Lounge Cafe, with Bar & Fika Counter, customers can dine from breakfast until late, taking in the authentic Scandinavian cuisine & cocktails.

Working with Darren at Grapes Design, Chris was asked to take this project through to completion following initial planning & tender process by the client team and Grapes Design.

Whilst resolving the scheme within the programme, working within the client's budget & landlords' requirements, this scheme required some considerable re-planning, development and coordination with the consulting team & the JLP stakeholders.  Chris completed design development and the full final detailed design for sign-off and construction, including full FF&E & lighting specifications & procurement support to deliver this project on behalf of Grapes' client, Kupp.
