Following a successful pitch by Grapes Design, and working with Creative Director Darren Grapes, Chris Hampshire led the project from Full Concept to Completion within the studio.   Developing a strong coherent scheme in line with the original brief & and concept idea with Darren.

The concept, is a vision driven by the idea of an ethereal space, born from the burnt forest, with evidence of new growth from untamed nature, provides opportunities for form & colour, texture and lighting techniques.   With a menu designed to reflect the bar's alternative and savage perspective on cocktails and dining the combined solution delivers with great results, not to mention the amazing sunset views across the Thames river.

With this strong concept, Chris oversaw the design, coordination and development of the scheme with support from the amazing team at Grapes design.  A full design was prepared by Chris for the new Reception & Lift Lobbies, Bar, Cocktail Lounge, Private Dining Suite & Tunnel overlooking the Thames, coordinating with the consulting lighting designers and client throughout.  Full tender and detailed design stages were provided with complete FF&E and specifications created to deliver this project  to a keen budget with the contracting team to produce the final scheme.
